After a user has gained access to the shared content after successful authentication the files within a shared folder the user previews or downloads is recorded.
The File Event Logs tab is a date/time sorted tabular display detailing which user performed the preview or download actions on which files.
For performance reasons the tabular display shows the most recent 1000 file event log entries. The entire file event log history can be downloaded from the CSV download icon.
