Installing the Resilient Access for Box App

1. Search for  “Resilient Access” Box App Gallery
2. Click “Add” on the top right of the Resilient app page and follow the instructions

Sharing Box Content

1. From the Comcast Box account select the file or folder to be shared
2. Click the 3 dots, then “Integrations” and “Share with Resilient Access”

Two Sharing Options

1. Select the “Share with User Group” option shares the folder with all users in a specified user group
2. Selecting the “Sharing Link” option creates a single policy-protected link that may be shared via email or other methods
