Graphical reports generated from the user access logs of external users accessing Box shared content. The analytics can be filtered for different user access policies. Reports include the following:
System Usage
Provides a dashboard view of the usage of the system. Records the grant/deny counts for the day, the past week, the past 30 days and the past 90 days.
Grant/Deny counts over time
A line graph that plots the number of grant and denies for user access policies over time
Unique User Counts over time
A line graph that plots the number of unique users over time
Browser and Operating System usage
A pie chart that shows the distribution of browsers and operating systems used.
